How does licensing work?
Each plugin uses a one-time-payment license key. After checkout, your key is generated automatically and emailed to you, and also shown in your account under Orders.
Is this a subscription?
No. Every plugin and bundle is a single one-time payment with a perpetual license – no recurring charges.
Which SketchUp versions are supported?
SketchUp 2020 through 2025, on both Windows and macOS.
Can I use one key on more than one computer?
Each key is tied to a single install. If you need to move to a new computer, contact support and we will help transfer it.
What is the difference between Vertex Interior Pack and Vertex Tools?
Interior Pack covers everyday generators (cabinets, walls, doors, windows, stairs, tile, and more). Vertex Tools covers advanced modeling utilities like Loft, Curve Editor, and Freehand, for more specialized work.
Do you offer refunds?
If a plugin genuinely does not work for your use case, contact support within 14 days of purchase and we will work it out with you.
